1. Do I need to provide the alcohol for my event?

Yes. Three Rose Bartending does not hold a liquor license and cannot purchase or sell alcohol. We will work with you to create a shopping list based on your guest count and custom menu to make sure you have everything you need!

2. What areas do you serve?

We proudly provide mobile bartending services across the state of Georgia.

3. What is included with your bartending packages?

Each package includes a professional bartender, a fully stocked mobile bar setup (bar tools, coolers, disposable cups, napkins, and straws), mixers, garnishes, and custom drink menus depending on the package selected.

4. Can you create custom cocktails for my event?

Absolutely! We love designing signature cocktails tailored to your event theme or personal tastes. During your consultation, we'll discuss your preferences and create a custom drink menu just for you.

5. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

6. Will your bartenders check IDs?

Yes. Our bartenders are professionally trained and will check IDs to ensure that only guests 21 and older are served alcohol. We maintain a strict policy against serving underage or overly intoxicated guests.

7. Do you provide the bar setup and equipment?

Yes! We bring everything needed to serve your guests, including portable bars, bar tools, coolers and basic mixers. Tents and other essentials are available for an additional rental fee. 

8. What happens if my event is outdoors and it rains?

For outdoor events, we require that a tent or covered area be provided to protect the bar setup and bartenders. One can be rented from us if not available. In the event of severe weather, services may be delayed or adjusted for safety.

9. Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated. Tips are always appreciated and may be left in a tip jar at the bar or added to your final invoice. 

10. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Some clients book 6–12 months in advance!
